Just 15 minutes from Auckland City via the Devonport Ferry, we’re a licensed English themed Pub available for dining and functions, right in the heart of Devonport. We televise all major sporting events on the large screen, Quiz nights on Tuesdays, pool tables, darts, and a multi-level garden bar to enjoy. We serve lunch thru to dinner 7 days a week. Food would have been lovely a few hours earlier but was all dried up when we got it. I had pie, mash and peas and partner had sausage and mash and they were both dried up like they had been sat keeping warm for hours.
A Beautiful old pub with great ales on tap. Wonderful friendly service in a relaxing environment. Check out the window on the way to the toilets, it’s beautiful.
It was a lovely day so we chose a table outside. We were only here for a drink, but it was a very nice and relaxing spot. Seemed very popular.
